Jenna is a birth and postpartum doula, pregnancy health coach, placenta specialist, Nutritionist for fertility, pregnancy and postpartum, Mother to 3 kiddies and wife to Al and all round birth junkie.  It is through the birth of her children and the work of supporting families during this life transition that she have been lead to shine a light on how to prepare for your precious postpartum period.Jemma is a passionate, big hearted and caring woman who has birth 3 baby girls and knows what it is like first hand to have different kinds of support throughout her postpartum periods and she is driven to share her story and the retrospective light of how to avoid postnatal depletion.
